Light wear to edges and corners of wrappers with a miniscule open tear at bottom open corner of cover wrapper; mild foxing to rear wrapper and very mild foxing around edge of cover wrapper and back of second folded map; very light soil from handling; else tight, charming little guide booklet; color illustration is clean and birght; pages are clean, bright and crisp and show only slight signs of handling; no foxing to pages; maps are clean, bright and neatly folded; staples are solid, no loose pages; a gently-loved copy. Staplebound.
