Octavo in red-burgundy cloth with gilt titles and decoration to spine; 2 volumes frontispiece plates 21 cm.; very good(+) to near fine copy.very light to light wear to cloth with very light rubbing and a wee bit of fraying to corners of spines; minor scratches and spots of discoloration; overall extremely attractive cloth and gilt on spine; both copies have "JHE from Frank Firth" neatly signed in pen on half-title page; o/w pages are clean, bright and free of marks and creases; no obvious signs of foxing; binding is tight and square; these are solid, handsome copies. Very good(+) to near fine copy. Hardcover.
