Complete in five volumes thus. Puritans, Religion, History, from the reformation in 1517, to the death of Queen Elizabeth to the beginning of the civil war in 1642, the Battle of Edge Hill to the death of King Charles I, to the King's Declaration of Indulgence in 1672, to the Act of Toleration in the reign of King William and Queen Mary in 1688.
