The 1928 Resolution initially appeared in The Daily Worker,the newspaper of the Workers (Communist) Party of America, on February 12, 1929. The 1930 Resolution was first published in Volume VIII, Number 2 (February 1, 1931) of The Communist International, a semi-monthly journal defunct since 1940.
