Green cloth boards with black spine title; illustrated endpapers; grey, green and yellow pictorial DJ; 204 pages plates; maps; 19 cm A very good (-) DJ with some wearand tear at edges and folds and one very small hole on rear of DJ; a very good (+) copy with clean pages and tight binding; small spot of sunning on endpapers at end of book and ink inscription on front endpapers; boards clean with just a bit of bumping to spine head and foot. Hardcover.
