In Spanish. Scarce (Escaso), Poems by Rolando Faget written in 1971. Rolando Faget was a "writer, journalist, editor, cultural animator. He lived in Ecuador (Quito), in Brazil (São Paulo) and toured many countries in Latin America and Europe. He lived in Salto. Between 1981 and 1986 he was exiled in Barcelona. Spain. He was a journalist in numerous radio and written media (in Uruguay and Ecuador). He directed the programming of "Radio Tabaré" of Salto (19790-1981), where he disseminated Uruguayan popular song. Exerted the personal secretary of the President of Ecuador, Dr. J.M. Velasco Ibarra (1961 and 1968). He was the organizer and director of "Ediciones de la Balanza" (1975-1977), with 16 titles of Uruguayan poetry published. In Barcelona collaborated with the PSOE's electoral campaign and carried out various works at the "Menéndez y Pelayo" University. In Montevideo he was in charge of the press secretary of the "Pregón" movement (1986-1994).
